Can't recommend - product had a dead bug in it
For the price, you get a lot of ground kola in this package. However, after using about 1/3 of it, I noticed that there was a dried, dead bug in the powder that definitely came from wherever this was packaged. I instantly threw it away, but who knows how many more might've been in there. I would avoid this product.
