Revell 03898 Focke Wulf Fw190 F-8 1:72 Scale Unbuilt/Unpainted Plastic Model Kit

A really enjoyable build and a nice way to spend a winter's afternoon, easy to assemble and good value.

I'm a fan of Revell's model kits ,this one is a level 4 so has a few intricate parts and fiddly construction details. Their instruction booklets are detailed and usually in colour and have good colour paint charts. The ju88 was one of Nazi Germany's best all round aircraft and Revell do several kits of it to the same scale in most of it's various guises. This one has few options as it clearly states on the box it is "Battle of Britain " era, but there are bomb and undercarriage options, also 2 detailed paint and transfer options.

I've built many model aircraft over the past 54 years and this is the first one I have had real difficulties with. Maybe it's me, but some of the instructions don't seem to make sense. It is a nice model, worth struggling through, and a good addition to any collection.

First model I’ve built in about 45 years. I messed it up, though as I expected. Good little kit to start on, I think. Reasonable fit on parts overall. Bit of trimming here and there, but nothing major. I’d forgotten how small 1/72 scale aircraft and that goes for some of the parts! Which is where I screwed up. Good fun though. Buy it.

Great model of Ju88 ! Revell are making some really nicely detailed model kits at a brilliant price.

Nice kit but find it not as good as airfix. Lots of flash to trim, plus cockpit glass a bad fit. Finished model however looks great.

Happy with it and good value for the money

Not made it yet but the parts are very nicely detailed and packed and the transfers perfectly registered. You will have to add swastikas yourself. Excellent model.
