Only one issue is that a little brush was supposed to be included but it wasn't. It takes a little time for the cream to work but that's fine.

It didn’t work for me. I have a white Pomeranian with hardly any brown under his eyes because I clean him constantly. He had just a little brown under one eye and he does not like this being applied to him. He acts funny for hours after it’s applied. It also makes his under eye, looks real shiny and smooth and slicked the hair down. Would now buy again and tried to return it but it’s a hassle .

I don't know if I would call this a stain remover, but I am using it more as a preventer. Love the soft brush for applying the balm. The balm smells good, and easy to apply, goes on clear. and does not kook greasy. I am hopeful that after cleaning my dogs eye gunk off that this help eliminate a build up. My dog will let me apply it, so it is worth a try since. It is affordable . I have not taken pictures but since I just started this product, I will take pictures.

Didn’t work using it every day for a week the tear stains still colorful

I have a Bichom Frise who gets dark tear stains and was recommended by my sister to try this balm out to help clean and prevent the tear stains. The container comes with a small soft applicator brush to apply the balm, which my furbaby seemed to like, as she didnt flinch when applying it. You only need to apply a small amount and gently wipe to remove the staining. So far it worked very well to clean up her tear stains and should help with keeping her white fur around eyes from staining in the future.
