Zellie’s Dental Mints pack is excellent to support and protecting teeth after meals. Especially the dry mouth at night, It's gone after I had a few nights. A beautiful oral care xylitol supplement.

Dr. Ellie does such a tremendous job of promoting xylitol and its efficacy that I had to purchase Zellie's. But after about 2-3 days of having 5 mints/candy per day (1 after every meal, and also after snacking or drinking), I had terrible gastric distress and spent a full 24 hours with severe diarrhea. If I use Pür mints (which also have xylitol), I don't have any issues. Not sure if it's the percentage of xylitol in the mints as it is not listed on either of their labels, or if it's another ingredient). So that the Zellie's don't go to waste, I figured I can chew them, swish the stuff with the saliva around in my mouth for 1-2 min and then spit it out really thoroughly; I just can't swallow any of it, and this seems to be okay. But, stomach upset aside, the stuff works beautifully. My teeth felt smooth with only a few days use, and I could swear it helped clear my sinuses and made my face feel incredibly soft, which I think is a testament to all the amazing health benefits of xylitol including cavity prevention and so many others. I wish I could tolerate Zellie's but I'll have to stick with Pür for now.

Cherry Berry and Cool fruit enjoyable, almost a treat. Cherry Berry is like a candy treat. Checked other brands but unlike Zellie's they have extra fillers and other sugar additives. So I pay a bit more to get these. So far ok on my stomach. You can always swish in your mouth and not swallow if taken too many or not agreeable with your stomach. Will also try getting the powder form to rinse as well and see if it provides the same benefit. Have stocked up with the jellies for now and will try it for 3 months and see how it goes. Using the Dr. Ellie dental protocol that mentioned these xylitol mints and modified the other items to as clean as possible options to hopefully get the same results.

Convenient way to make Xylitol a daily habit for better oral health. I love the flavor and the all-natural, healthy ingredients.
