Tastes almost like regular
I really liked using this product. I made a cake for my gluten-free (by necessity) granddaughter. It happened to be a spicy cake and I couldn't taste the difference. I then tried it in shortbread cookies and you could barely taste the difference. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend it.

Best GF mix yet.
Possible the best of the gluten free flours to work with. I like to bake and have struggled with almond flour and coconut flours. Krusteaz (?) make a pretty good product as well but this is my favorite for muffins and breads so far.

Good, depending on what you are using it for
It may be measure for measure like regular flour, but it is not completely "plug and play" This flour mix is great for some uses ( I made gluten free Irish Soda bread that was delicious); OK for other uses (gluten free biscuits were good, not great) and completely unacceptable for others such as when I tried to make a roux for turkey gumbo.

It will brown in a skillet!
This is the first of the gluten-free flours we have thied that browns like wheat flour. I fried some shrimp with it, and it even tasted as i was expecting it to. I have a couple of more bags on order.

About as close to regular flour as I've found
King Arthur flour is really a simple one for one replacement for regular flour. As with all other gluten free flours I have tried, this one also can leave a bit of a gritty after taste with some recipes. With most recipes however, it is difficult to discern a difference between this and regular flours.Two of my daughters have Celiac disease. This flour has never caused either of them any problems.

Best gluten free flour on the market!
This makes an AWESOME Banana Bread! I also used for pancakes and even breaded fish with it! I also used it for a regular loaf of bread and toasted the bread for bread crumbs for fish and even meatballs! I really liked this flour.

Easily converts my old recipes into still-tasty treats!
I was not thrilled when diagnosed with celiac's disease. I love desserts and didn't want to givethem up. Thankfully, this measure for measure gluten-free flour allows me to easily convert myold favorites into still tasty treats.

My new go-to for baking in my gluten-free life. Haven’t fried with it but just used it in baking. Worked well. Just wish it wasn’t so darn expensive! Ugh!
