Great beginners rod. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Love the color. Weight feels just right and since it breaks down the size fits in my car.

Love it! Durable rod. Doesn’t tangle easy because the eyelets are designed to hug the rod closely. I would recommend this to novice anglers looking for their first upgraded rod. Lightweight but not flimsy. The hook holder is my favorite part. It makes it easy to prevent tangling while traveling to the fishing spot. Value for money: It’s a high performing rod for the price.

I buy pretty much every rod or reel they come out with except for the ice fishing stuff because I live in southeast Texas. And for the reels I buy the bait and spinner of almost all of them that have the option. I understand wanting to buy really expensive ones, i have a couple, and they are nice. But everything else i own is kastking and it's what I use 90% of the time. You do not need to buy the expensive ones to have a really great rod or reel. Some low-mid price ones are junk of course but these are up there with the best. I also buy most of their other products because I've never been disappointed in any way when I buy from them. It's winter so I haven't used it yet but I know I'll love it and will come back and update this after I use it a couple times.

One of my favorite rods. Super light, extremely sensitive for a medium rod, and performs like a dream. First day out I caught my first red drum and the fish didn’t stand a chance against this powerhouse of a fishing rod. Another reason why it’s basically my daily is because of the color, it’s absolutely beautiful especially with the matching reel, every time I go out with this rod I get looks and compliments from other anglers. For the cost you can’t go wrong, an absolute must add to your fishing arsenal if your all about value. Lastly, I mainly do saltwater fishing, and this rod hold up at the pier and bank no problem.
