G.I. Military MOLLE II Alice Clip Adaptor - Green - Set of (2)

Used this to make a "holster" to attach a hatchet to my molle bag. Strong snap buttons and tough material.

The MOLLE/ALICE adapter serves its function well, measuring about 3X3.5 inches. The MOLLE side has slips of plastic woven into the webbing straps. Another thing to note about the MOLLE side is when weaving the straps through loops, they tend to bend in-ways. (I am not familiar with MOLLE gear, hence the need for adapters. The ALICE side is sturdy and similar to that on the side webbing on the Medium ALICE backpack, although it's all OD. Well, almost all OD. I noticed a orange nylon thread in the bottom of the ALICE webbing, to denote the bottom!Overall, it's a dandy bit of surplus,aside from loose nylon fibers, it is infinitely useful for older canteens and sustainment pouches.5/5 only a few loose threads to clip.

Purchased four sets of this adapter to install my USGI Alice Gear on a Condor Molle Battle Belt in my favorite color of Olive Drab of course. See uploaded photos of items such as a couple of USGI 1911 Colt 45 magazine pouches. M7 & M4 bayonets with M8A1 & M8 scabbards. USGI M12 holster. This works great to attach my 7 inch Ka-Bar to my backpack. It serves its purpose and I actually received 2 as part of the standard order for future use. I wish it came in black though to match my bag.

Sturdy but it wont go through the places where the alice clips connect so is this thing universal or not?

This is a wonderful product built very solid and super fast shipping, I would recomend this product to anyone who has alice equipment that they need to attach to molle gear ( bags, vest, ect). Very nice price for such a nice product. I'm gonna use mine to attach a canteen & folding shovel to my ilbe pack!

The item I received is different than the one pictured. I received an adapter with a velcro strap in place of the expected and pictured Alice system straps. I would expect that the straps and Alice clips are more robust than a small, velcro fastening, and will return this item. On the plus side, the shipping was just as fast as Amazon Prime.
