I like this conditioner very much. I’m on my second box. I am black and have long natural 3B hair that goes to just below where my bra hits on my back when wet. I used to follow package instructions and use on damp hair, rinse out after 15 mins etc. If doing it that way I use 2 packs per deep condition so a little goes a long way. Now I just mix one pack with my regular conditioner after shampooing. Leave in for about 5-10 mins and rinse. Keeps my hair moisturized, reduces frizz and hair stays shiny. Only gave 4 stars because it has a strong perfume smell that I do not care for but the smell does not linger after you dry your hair. I also use in my daughter’s hair. Her hair is more coarse than mine (4c) and it keeps her hair soft and easier to detangle.
