Razor sharp
Came razor sharp and has the logo USA, not sure if it's made in the US but appears to be a very well made knife. Haven't used it on anything hard yet but looks like it can handle just about anything around camp. The sheath is also a really nice design and looks like it will take hard use. Beautiful knife
Not only is this knife well made it’s also quite attractive. Very strong handle, heavy duty blade, great leather scabbard, fits nice and tight in my medium size woman’s hand. This is definitely a knife that will handle hard work.

Ok knife for the money
This knife seems well put together compared to other knives in its price class. The scales are nice, clean, and smooth, and edge up well against the fake full tang. The retaining scale pins are properly seated and properly flat against the scales with no slight overhang as I've seen in other cheap knives. It is heavy (good chunk of steel), and the steel appears to be quality (440C), hardness tested out at 58, and after 50 cuts through cardboard, the edge held up very well. It is NOT a full tang. If you hold the knife up, you can clearly see the knife blade does not meet the guard, and you can see it knecks down to around 5/8" or slightly wider. How the tang appears with the scales as full, is not known. It may be built that way to give the appearance of a full tang. It reminds me of how the Buck 119/120 series of knives are built. Maybe not a big deal unless you baton with the knife. For $45, it is well worth the money. I just wish it was true full tang

I'm very happy!
I personally liked the design ! Came very sharp and with a minimum of effort passed the paper test .. I'm familiar with the mental used and it works for me.. considering the price it's a real bargain for me...
