Love noodles? I bought these to get my friend away from commercial fried ramen noodle packets that have too much salt, so that he could add his own broth & healthy protein to these noodles. That did not happen however I have truly enjoyed these noodles, and I've eaten them many different ways, in soups, salads and even with red sauce one late night out of desperation since I had no other noodles and they were delicious. I laugh every time I think of it, ramen noodles with Italian red sauce is something I definitely thought I'd never do but, I have to admit, they were yummy even in Italian since these noodles hold up, they do not become mushy and flat at all - great texture. I have no complaints. Wash out the starch, after boiling and your set, easy as can be. By the way, these are great on cold salad tossed in ginger sesame sauce, greens and multi-colored cabbage, who doesn't love that dish? I will definitely buy them again, good pantry item. I have tried many commercial ramen noodles, I have experience cooking, and I am very picky - most do not measure up. If you can't get to the store to buy fresh, these are a good option you will be happy with.

When making healthier swaps, this one is a no-brained. My kid and her friend have entered the age of, “I can make it myself” and they are always looking easy-to-prepare options. These are a great and much healthier choice. I keep a couple different flavors of bouillon so you can make your own beef, chicken, vegetable base and add any toppings you like. The first time I made ramen for a group of girls I swapped in these noodles and used the seasoning packets that they like from the other brands. The only thing they noticed was way less indigestion. The flavor and texture are spot on! This is my new go-to and the kids have adapted without fiss. These noodles are also a great value and now we all like that they don’t come with season packets because you can make it however you like.

I love these as a healthier alternative to cheap, store+bought, fried Ramen. Paired with your choice of seasonings and it's a much more tasty and filling version of the grocery store brands. Highly customizable as well.

It's super hard to find good quality, low sodium and healthier ramen. I was so happy to find these on Amazon. I am grateful that they are organic too. Perfect texture, taste and amount of chewiness. Great value for your money too! I am so happy to have these and use it for many recipes!

Perfect for my needs, but not enough quantity for a family. I appreciate the high fiber content and minus all that salt/sodium. I'll probably order this again, the taste was good. You add your own broth so you can control the ingredients.

My kids love this! They use it all the time. We love that it’s low sodium and the kids can make their own version of ramen using their own creative seasonings. The noodles have a good texture as well. It takes about two minutes longer to cook than what the box says, but we don’t mind.

It’s a healthier option but I can’t do the texture. It takes a while to cook and goes from hard to soggy very quickly. The noodles are also very thin closer to angel hair pasta than ramen noodles.

We are trying to eat healthy and this organic ramen is helping us. With just 3 ingredients you can’t go wrong. Great texture and cooks quickly. Just a little longer than the store bought ones because it’s less processed. We use Jayuss chicken ramen seasoning, less sodium. Perfect pair.
