It works great - great value - been using it for over a week and am feeling it. It does sound like something running across a rail but is not super loud. Has all of the features of an infinity hoop. Feels very sturdy and durable to me.

All in all, this thing is what it is.It’s easy to use and it seems like it might be a fun way to encourage movement and work a little on my hip and pelvic muscles.The smoothness is acceptable- not terrible but not super smooth.The noise is the only down fall. It is a bit noisy. This doesn’t bother me too much but that’s probably the different between this $20 Amazon product and the $60 name brand one.

Man does this thing work you out, 10 minutes into using this i was dripping sweat on my forehead. 30 minutes in and my whole body was tired, i wasn’t expecting this to work how it does but once you find a rhythm its so fun and burns calories

My wife got this to try out, and she likes. it liked it for what it's worth. It seems to work well for her. She's a little on the plus side. And it seems to be working out for her.

The media could not be loaded.  This exercise device is definitely a workout. It arrives in several sections that allows you to assemble just what is needed to ensure a good fit. The peices are a hard flexsble plastic that easily snaps in and out of the holes that connect it and encase the ball on the trolly. Included is a waist trainer the wear underneath the device. After just a few trys it was easy to get the momentum of the weighted ball going. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use and definitely would recommend.
