I've been taking this for many months now. I started out taking it as a binder. Then I noticed.( i've been trying to grow my nails and hair for years) It helped my hair start to grow and my nails strengthen. Although I have to say-with the different bottles may be different variations of strength. Because some months my nails break again and become brittle again and then all of a sudden , they will start growing and hardening with each different bottle. If that makes sense. So I still think overall , it's a great product.

Taste nasty but I feel healthier since taking it
