Comfortable But I Notice Where the Insert Ends
I have tried several different styles of inserts over the years for plantar fascitis pain in both feet. I use Dr. Scholl's (the full-size ones, not the heel inserts) with great success - I mention that only in case you are new to the joys of plantar fascitis and looking for relief. It took me a long time to find something that worked. Anyway, those work well for me but I am always willing to try something new since I am on my feet a lot. These are nice and the sticky backing helps to keep them in place so they don't slide around. But they are removable, not permanent, so you can switch between shoes, which is great. The inserts themselves are cushiony and very comfortable. However, the one issue I have always noticed with this style of insert is still an issue with this one--the end of the insert where it levels off beneath the middle of your foot. It's noticeable and annoys me throughout the day. Also since the heel is so generously cushioned, it makes the back of my foot feel like it's higher than the front, which feels weird. These are not a huge win for me, I am not sure I would buy them again, but to keep them around to wear in my slippers or in shoes I am not going to be standing in for a long time, they are fine.

no directions
I wish there were directions. I have no idea which is the left and which is the right insert. One is a bit longer on the side. I have them in, but have no idea if I have therein correctly.

This is the only thing that relieved my heel pain when walking
I went through 3 years of all the usual medical treatments for my plantar fasciitis. injections, physical therapy, massage, more injections, more physical therapy, expensive custom made orthotics, nighttime boot contraption, sound waves. Nothing worked. I was barely able to walk at all, the pain was so bad. Then I tried heel cup and it gave me instant relief. Caveat: I still have to do regular foot exercises and stretches, but I just incorporate that into my exercise routine. I still cannot wear most shoes or boots, only athletic shoes so my days of high heels are over. But without these heel cups I cannot walk much at all. With these heel cups and a good pair of athletic shoes I can walk for hours.

Cushy with some support
I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for about a year and a half. I have insoles in all my shoes and I'm always on the lookout for new ones or ones that provide more support. I actually got these to go into my low impact aerobics shoes to replace an older pair. The inserts have arch support and gel cushion in the heel area. They are not full length but they cup my heals nicely. I'm used to a full length insole so I was worried that these would irritate my foot but they work well. The bottom of these have a gel material which is a little sticky so it may be difficult to transfer the inserts between shoes. I actually left the plastic sheet on the bottom so they wouldn't pick up so much lint, hair, etc. I think they will work for a while but I feel I may have to switch them out sooner than others I have used.

A great support to ease the discomfort of plantar fasciitis
Brilliant, these do what's needed, in the simplest and most comfortable way.I opted for these as a small gift for a close friend who works on her feet 12 hours a day, and also has plantar fasciitis. As the manufacturer recommends them for that, I felt confidentFeedback is that they're really soft and comfortable, and are already making a real difference.Recommended.

Good added comfort
The in soles of my running trainers were worn out so I tried these. They have added an extra level of comfort and bounce to my runs and added many more miles to my trainers which I was going to bin. Recommended

Work well but not so sticky
The media could not be loaded. Suffering from plantar faciatis means I need to have insoles in every pair of shoes i wear. However I have a few pairs of boots that are too narrow to have full insoles and so these seemed perfect. They are nicely comfortable and cushioned. Fit easily into my boots and have definitely made it more comfortable to walk.I reduced the review by one star however as the adhesive on them really isn't that strong and I have to readjust them every time before I wear my boots. This has also resulted in a lot of dust and dirt getting stuck to the adhesive.Other than that they fit and work great

Be aware of the sticky bottoms of these heel cups
You get two boxes with this order, each containing 2 heel cups to insert into your footwear. I tend to wear a woman's size 6 shoe, but often with a fairly wide sizing. The sizing on the box says: women 6.5-10, and men 5-8. In practice these seemed to fix OK into my sneakers, though obviously they also add some bulk inside the shoe, so I had to relace my shoes to accommodate them.As you can see from my photos, the heel cups come with a layer of clear plastic stuck to the bottoms of them. That's because the gel-like bottoms are quite sticky when you peel the plastic off. On the one hand, this can help to stop them moving around inside your shoe. I have other orthotic inserts that I use, and an issue can be that when I'm slipping my feet into my shoe, I can accidentally push those down towards my toes. So in a way it's not bad to have a sticky texture that may help to keep the heel cups in place. At the same time that does limit what kinds of shoes I can wear them with a bit. For instance, while my trainers and boots have the kind of inner soles that can take a sticky gel insert, the slippers I wear at home are lined with soft, warm, fluffy fabric. If I were to try to use these inserts on those, they would probably pull at some of the fluffy fabric, and maybe detach some of the strands. It's just not going to work with every inside sole.In terms of how it feels to wear them, I can definitely feel more cushioning around my heel. Raising my heel slightly probably does help with plantar fasciitis. I'm not sure that I could detect or sense the added support of the blue and red foam pieces embedded within the gel, but they didn't feel uncomfortable either. To sum up: be aware of the sticky gel at the bottom of these inserts. You'll be able to pull them up and place them into different shoes, while having them more easily stay in place as you wear them. But you might not want to use them in shoes with soft, fluffy fabric insoles. Also they will add some bulk inside your shoe. Otherwise, they are fairly comfortable to wear.

Supportive and comfortable.
These feel comfortable and support my heels well.Pleasant to use.Be aware that these have a sticky base to hold them in position inside shoes/boots.A great improvement over no insole, and/or the ones supplied in my shoes.
