Purchased as a replacement for a different bracket that didn't last 12 months. The eye the bag hangs from seems more sturdy (that failed on previous bracket) and all round seems pretty sturdy. Easy to install although I didn't use the supplied fixings as they seem a bit small for the weight and abuse it gets, I used 16mm fischer thoughbolts and it's going nowhere. Only time will tell how long the bracket holds out but so far I'm pleased.

Drill a hole and fit a thick bolt where the two parts join together and it will outlast your bag, also recommend getting some proper anchor bolts to save you from doing the job twice as the ones provided are as good as a paper straw

Good quality bar and fixing bolts but need better wall plugs, they seem cheap and have pulled out the wall a little, so had to replace with new ones

Great product, fit for use, does exactly what it’s meant to do. Easy to set up and held a heavy boxing bag up with no wobble even with kicks as well as hard punches. Recommended.

So after installing the frame and bag on my garage. We had a go and after a few hits the rawl plugs came out of the wall. This can be seen in the first two photos. So I had some 12mm bar in my garage which I cut to length and secured the frame each side of the wall. I had to open the holes out with a round file to M12 as I think they were M10's originally. If you buy this frame I would recommend you get your own substantial rawl plugs and bolts.

exactly what I needed to hang everlastingly heavy bag, the reach from the wall is good and comes with solid wall fixings, just need a 11mm drill

Hi sorry to say this is not a quality item as it looks in the picture, the bracket it's self is made from a low grade 2 to 3mm steel box section which are held together with a low standard of welds then covered with a one coat spray or dip paint, I am not going to use this item and will just put it down to experience for safty reasons, it was for my sons training bag of average weight and size, he is by know means a big hitting professional but I still wouldn't put full trust in it, the quality does not look to be upto a UK standard, sorry to be so negative but people should know wot to expect,.Regards Jayson

Found the bracket to be rather good but as with previous reviews the fixings are useless.I bought some shielding anchors did the trick.

looks like I got a returned article by the way it was packaged. Screws washers and the like are missing.
