This pan is great and looks nice. It is well made - substantial but not heavy. I really like using it. I have a 2 quart sauce pan from this company and like it as well. I plan to order more pans in different sizes.

The big issue I have with this pan is that the handle gets VERY hot VERY fast. My "regular" pan (that I can't use right now) has a handle that does NOT get hot, so I find this unusual. So just be aware... you'll need a hot-pad or gloves or something when using this pan.

I got the pan because it has stainless steel outside!I was hoping that it heated up good and cooked evenly.I only cooked some bacon in the pan and it did heat nicely and cooked evenly.The non stick surface was good! I’m just hoping that the ceramic coating doesn’t have contaminants in that aren’t good for People. I know it says it doesn’t have any of the normal teflon forever chemicals in it.I just wonder if the ceramic coating has any contaminants in it that aren’t good for me.I don’t want to find out 5 years from now it’s bad for people.

Sturdy and works great!

Great quality, sturdy and completely non stick. Have only used a few times but as a working chef I know this is going to hold up well. Pan is for home use on gas stovetop.

Handle gets very hot! Harder to clean than I’d like.
