Solid L-Tyrosine supplement, noticeable difference
I’ve been taking this L-Tyrosine daily for a couple weeks, and it’s been consistent and easy on my stomach. The capsules are a good size—not huge—and they don’t have any aftertaste. I take it in the morning, and I do notice better focus and a little more mental clarity, especially on days I’m juggling a lot. No weird side effects or jitters, which is important to me. Wow! It worked!!
I wasn't expecting much, since I'm not a big believer in supplements. But after having zero motivation for SO long, after trying all the medical alternatives, I thought, why not give this a shot? My symptoms all pointed to low dopamine. Taking this was like flipping a switch! It took only a couple of days for me (YMMV) but I feel MUCH better. Like I'm SUPPOSED to feel. I spoke to my Dr. and he's fine with me taking this along with all my other meds. Talk to your doctor.
