Thorough vacuuming and mopping robot
After a lot of searches, I've decided to purchase this vacuuming and mopping robot. This company seem to make great products at a fair price. It did have all the good features that the more expensive ones have. It operates quietly, does not bump into obstacles thanks to its many build in sensors, uses hot water for mopping and hot air to dry the mopping pads, wash the mopping pads upon docking, extendable sweeping arm and mopping pad into hard-to-reach areas, and its high vacuuming pressure of 18,500Pa. It has many programs to do the job, and they were easy to understand and work with. We've tried the vacuuming and mopping jobs and they were both great. I surely recommend having this machine for its great features, functionality, and fair price.

Works well, simple setup, super easy Home Assistant integration
Pretty cool so far! I have a cat, and almost all LVP in the house except one small low-pile runner and one large low/medium pile rug in the office (we just moved, we're saving up to get more junk for the house). The large rug came from the old house, and it has a lot of embedded fur and hair as I didn't have a decent vacuum and I'm kinda lazy (hence me buying this robot vacuum). Anyways, on to the review: I received the well packaged unit, and set everything up. It took me maybe 10 minutes to get everything put together and install the app and connect the unit to my WiFi. Directions are straight-foward except there's a red light on the front of the dock (upper left) that I didn't know what it was for; turns out it's because my water tank was empty. So if you see that, that's why. I hadn't filled it because I was waiting for the floor cleaning soap to arrive. I let the vacuum charge for a few, then set it to mapping (the app walks you through this, very simple). I did pick up the random stuff on the floor like cat toys and cords beforehand; having had a Roomba previously that would attempt to eat anything lying around I learned my lesson. So it mapped my floors, then was ready to go. I set it on a sweep only (remember, no floor cleaning juice yet so no mopping) and it did a great job! I have long hair, and no tangled vacuum brushes to clean! That's a HUGE plus because I hated that it would take me forever to clean my Roomba's brush! I looked at the underneath of the unit once it was done and it had emptied its trash bin, and there was one little ball of hair between the two rollers that I easily plucked out and put in the trash. Plus my rug! Pretty dang clean for only one pass of the vacuum! Since then I've received the mopping solution, vacuumed again, and had it mop. I will say that the routine I had it on was supposed to also mop the floor (vacuum first, then mop) but the mop part didn't kick in. I looked to see if it was just charging the unit before it mopped but nope! So I let it charge for a bit, then set it on Mop and let it go. It did a great job! We're very bad about mopping as by the time I'm done vacuuming 3 floors twice a week with my old heavy vacuum (it takes about an hour each time) I'm tired, and the boyfriend will occasionally see a spot on the floor and wipe it down, but normally he just forgets to mop. Anyways, it got all of those little drip spots and the floor looks very nice! I only see one spot with a few streaks but this is my first time using it so I'm not too worried about it even if it does leave a tiny streak or two, though I'm hopeful it'll figure itself out. Either way, I'm keeping my new toy! MUCH quieter and better than that old Roomba I had, lots of great controls from the app, and I have Home Assistant for my home automation and it integrates very quickly and easily (I hard-coded the IP address in my router once I got it connected to my home WiFi, and turned off its ability to access the internet. I still have the app on my phone and who knows what info it's sending but technically you can run it from home Assistant w/o using the app or internet access. I'll add more functionality to my dashboard as right now I only have it showing what the vacuum is doing, no buttons for routines or automations set up...yet!) Oh and each level of the house is about 1300sf, the battery only got down to mid-60's for each run (intense vacuum, normal vacuum, and a mop routine). My next step is taking the thing upstairs to let it vacuum and especially mop those floors. We only use the main bedroom, bathroom and closet but there are two other bedrooms, a 'lounge' and a bathroom that need a cleaning. I have a feeling I'll have to drag the vacuum downstairs midway through to wash the mop pads, but that's still a heck of a lot easier than actually mopping it myself! I'll update my review if I find any negatives, mainly because I like knowing the good and bad before buying things, but so far yay :) I'm a happy non-vacuumer and non-mopper!

Worth the money
This AI vacuum and mop has exceeded my expectations. The intelligent navigation works extremely well, mapping the space accurately and cleaning efficiently without missing spots or bumping excessively into furniture. The vacuum power is strong enough to pick up dust, pet hair, and everyday debris, while the mopping function leaves floors noticeably cleaner without streaks or excess water. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it switches between surfaces and adjusts its cleaning path automatically. Setup was straightforward, and the app is user-friendly, making scheduling and customization easy. Overall, this is a reliable, time-saving solution for maintaining clean floors with minimal effort. I’m very happy with the performance and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart, low-maintenance cleaning upgrade.

Very satisfied!
I have used roomba (multiple models) shark (multiple models) and so far, this blows them out of the water. 3 cats. Multi room 2,000 sf span of use. I have it run every day, alternating days between just a vacuum and other days vacuum followed by mop. As reference, it took about 4 hours + to vacuum and mop between charges and washing the mop pads for my home. All while I lived my life taking that cleaning time back. The app is good. Different levels of cleaning power so it’s all customizable for you. The more you customize the more you will get out of this. The mapping feature is great. The navigation keeps it from bumping into things /avoids scratching like the other brands do. It will even recognize obstacles as it continues to learn ( it just asked me if a power strip floor cover was a threshold). The dust levels in my house are significantly reduced. Caution! It does not handle cords well!!! If you have cords across the floor or along a wall, secure them with a bump strip or secure with cord Velcro off the floor/along the wall. The mopping pads WILL tangle on loose cords. I was happy to correct as yet another thing on my floors more tidy and organize by having this machine. Quiet level. Not really but I take multiple calls with it running. It is now background noise. I could not run it while I sleep as it would def wake me up. Follow the instructions. Before mopping the first time, run the Vaccuum multiple times. That way your mop pads don’t get overloaded the very first mop. Overall I am very satisfied and I think it’s worth the money and my time that has been saved. And better yet, the house feels clean. .

Excellent, but… High Maintenance
This is my 3rd roborock, have tried other brands flagship devices and they don’t compare. Excellent mapping, functionality, cleaning ability and power. We nearly never have to vacuum or mop. The only reason for 4/5 stars, this model does require more maintenance than I’d like - Dustbin capacity is too small, thus clogs and negates the auto-empty feature. The vacuum filter needs to be cleaned every other day minimum. However, the “good” outweighs this and id buy another in a heartbeat.

Best money I’ve ever spent
I spent FOREVER researching robot vac mops because it was difficult to justify the price of this sucker but boy. I have two kids age 1 and 2, and I’m 32 weeks pregnant with a third. There’s a lot of messes in This house and not a lot of energy left from mom. This thing sucks up blueberries, cracker crumbs, avoids toys on the floor. Maps the house out. Can vacuum all 1200 sq ft on a single charge. She runs three times a day, one full vac/mop of the whole house. And two vac/mops of the dining and kitchen after meals. She’s invaluable and a workhorse around here.

"Lifechanging"
We are two weeks into owning our first robot vacuum (the Qrevo Edge) and my wife's exact words after day 3 was "this is lifechanging for me". We have 3 hair shedding pets, kids and full time jobs. It was already a challenge to even vacuum the entire house once a week, any regular mopping was absolutely out of the question. For reference, our floors consist of some carpet, several large area rugs/runners, but mostly tile that is indistinguishable from real wood floors) - Tiles are ADA approved so they do have quite a bit of 'texture' to make them non-slip. The Qrevo Edge has no issues sucking up any debris from the textured tiles, nor does the mop have any issues thoroughly cleaning them. It does an amazing job distinguishing tile from rugs and the corner sweep and mop extension capability is just amazing. Setup is honestly a breeze. just a few parts to put together for the base, and add sweeping brush and mop pads to the main unit & download the app. I don't remember if the first thing it did was dock itself and fully charge, or if it went ahead and ran around the house mapping before fully charging. After it had performed it's inaugural run using default settings (Vac & Mop), and I started working on custom routines and schedules. Once completed, it ran on schedule without any further prompting from me with the exception of alerting me to dump & refill the mop solution (by voice from the device during awake hours and app alerts on my phone). I also received only ONE error after it's initial run in which the dock reported an blockage issue. The volume of hair/debris got clogged at the gate just before entering the bag - I pulled out a seriously dense clump of dog/cat hair with chunks of dried mud that all came out in one 'pull'. This only happened during the initial run and has not happened since. I had honestly expected the robot to clog up but to it's credit no hair was on the rollers and it's pretty clear to me the base suction when emptying the robot is more than adequate to pull everything out of the robot itself. We probably had not vacuumed for two weeks prior to the initial run, and now it runs daily so I do not expect that to ever happen again. I do have a few suggestions for your initial setup: The robot's first run around your house is just for mapping only, it uses lidar, is amazingly accurate and fast (as in you won't be able to get in front of it and clear paths quick enough). Prep your house BEFORE you start it. It really is so much easier to start with a clean mapping vs having to make edits to the map and your routines because a door was closed and it couldn't map somewhere, or it picks up an obstacle that normally will not be there and puts it on your map. This is key as it will both make you map editing much easer later on (should you need it), and make setting up routines easier. Note the built in device Lidar does an amazing job at this task! - I put the breakfast and dining room chairs upside down on top of their respective tables to clear the floor. Map dose show the table legs as obstacles but by lifting the chairs I avoided having the chair legs also create perceived barriers. - I also picked up any floor baskets, small rugs (shower mats, bathroom mats, etc.. - don't worry, the software will adjust for the rugs during a later run when you add them back). I also recommend doing the same for any movable furniture that will shift around (*like small foot rests/ottomans, desk chairs, etc.) Place them out of the way for the first run if possible. Once mapped you can use the app to edit and add walls. We have a common, shared space with the kitchen/living room that I added a line to divide the spaces (and name accordingly). This was the space I edited 2x to get it right where I wanted it to be (was a bit difficult on a small phone screen). If you error with a wall - just use the option to merge the two rooms together and then edit again to add the virtual wall back in. *Just give the app about 30-45 seconds after you save to update on the screen. The No-Go Zone worked perfectly and after it's creation the robot quit trying to vacuum the Christmas Tree skirt. The zone is easily removed once I no longer need it. Just play with the cleaning settings if you find the default is not good enough, and keep making adjustments until your happy with the outcomes. For us, the major compromise is if I have it use multi pass, and have the Vacuum set to Turbo with Mopping set to High Water flow - it's going to take all day as it will have to recharge at least twice (and I suspect more likely a 3rd time) to cover the almost 2k sqft downstairs. Charging takes several hours to complete. For now, we are trying 2 basic cleaning schedules where on Mon, Tue & Thurs, Fri it runs a quick vacuum only (multi-pass) routine of the common use areas starting at 7am in the morning & then it gets the rest of the bedrooms/bathrooms in the afternoon when the doors are more likely open and available to clean. On Wed/Sat it runs duplicated routines but they are programmed to initially vacuum then Mop using the Heavy settings of those same areas. Sunday I can manually send it to clean the sun room which it can get down into but not back up and out of due to the door's weatherproof threshold and house elevation for stepping down to what was an outdoor porch. I'm going to try 3d printing a ramp after Christmas to fix the exiting issue - but for now, I just listen out for it to alert and then lift it back over the threshold so it can return to it's dock). I'm really glad I waited until this level of robot cleaner was available. I've had friends with much earlier models (from other vendors) and this is clearly a massive improvement for both functionality and App UI. I like this so much I will be considering purchasing a 2nd one for upstairs later this year. At this point, the only outstanding question is durability.... I'll follow up if there are any issues there.

Only 5 days but impressed so far! Lots of options and power.
We have only had this for 5 days but so far, so good. It is doing it all, vacuuming, mopping, surprised at the options for vacuum suction strength, amount of water to use, number of times to clean, different routines to run besides custom and so many more things I know I am missing. Fairly intuitive to set up but I did end up watching a quick video on YouTube to set up room by room zones instead of one large zone which I am loving. I am impressed so far and if I had one complaint right now, I just wish it had sweeper brushes on both sides of the unit but it still seems to perform fine with just the one. Time will tell and I will update if we run into any concerns.
