I started taking these supplements a couple of months ago. This is my 3rd bottle. When I say that I feel great, not as many grey hairs coming in, nails growing stronger, I mean it. Does not taste bad. Easy to swallow. Will be purchasing this product for a long time!

good shelf life with 3 years before expiration
arrived with some sort of red ink all over the container and no cotton to protect the capsules in transit. Very messed up label and some wording not visible. Maybe that happened at Amazon. concerning as I don't know what all the red smears and dots are.
