I have reached a new high in my life... I *FINALLY* got excited about... A toilet seat. It happens... I look back in my life now and ask myself, "Self, whyyy didn't you ever buy a slow close seat before?!" Because listen... I live in a house of 5, three girls ages 12, 15, 18. Life is crazy, girls are screaming in the hallway needing that bathroom (there's totally another bathroom upstairs) then seats get slammed, sounds like a body falling down the stairs... Ahh life. But now, there is nothing but silence. At least for the toilet seat! This thing is soooo smooth, slow to close, with just the smallest tap sound at close. Even despite being plastic, this has already put up a good usage from what this house has to offer. I would say this is a quality build! Overall it looks GREAT. An easy upgrade to polish off this bathroom remodel I did, like "industrial chic" kind of thing? I've always been a sucker for a black lid in a white toilet, idk, call me crazy lol ❤️

The seat looks well built and works good

This toilet seat was very easy to install and fit perfectly on my round toilet. The soft-close feature works smoothly and quietly, with no slamming at all. The seat feels solid and comfortable, not flimsy, and the hinges hold it firmly in place without shifting. Overall, it’s a simple upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in daily use. Good quality, clean look, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I returned this product because I found the seat to be far too thin - meaning the width of the seat part you sit on.
