Not value for money
Did not expect this quality from a Jabra headset of this cost...the quality of material is sub standard. I used another wired one cheaper than this and never felt irritation on ears..the size is smaller than I thought. Range is also not too good, it will work well for only 2-3 meters from device. Also, delivery was very bad, it came late for ko reason and not much tracking. I am seeing more and more delivery issues with Amazon recently, they must do something about it.Overall not happy, not at all value for money.

Definitely not worth the price!!
Low battery backup need to use usb cable as wired headset most of the time, voice is unclear at receiver's end say they are unable to hear clearly and volume fluctuates too often. Better go for wired headset.

Using it for more than a year
Worth using this product, soft for ear , good sound quality, even if you use it for long time you won't feel any issues, battery life is good, some time rarely connecting might be a issue but ignorable. Overall good product.Giving 4 star just because price is high otherwise all good

Cheap quality product
Not sure if the Zabra quality is so cheap or seller is selling a fake product. Some of my inputs on 2hr usage:1. Build quality and plastic very cheap2. Mic does not stick to Magnet and I don't think magnet strength is close to what is expected her.3. Mic slips below while in call and couple of times I have been told that voice is low.4. Package and manual is below expectation. Probably not original product5. Overall not sure if should be priced above 4k.

The product doesn't meet the expectation of price, a complete scam product
Bought this thinking it was a premium headset, but turns out it's just an overpriced call center mic. The mic quality is literally "Tape Recorder Quality" (16,000 Hz)—even my laptop’s built-in mic sounds better (DVD). The output quality is just CD quality.Pros: (still go for better options)- Comfortable for long use- Decent noise cancellation for office callsCons:- Mic sounds like a 90s landline (forget about high-quality recordings)- No proper audio settings in Windows (stuck at low-quality mode)- Garbage for gaming, music, or content creation- Way too expensive for what it offersIf you're a corporate worker who only cares about Teams/Zoom calls, maybe it's fine. But if you want actual premium sound and mic quality, AVOID this scam at all costs! Just get a Sony, Bose, or a proper gaming headset instead.

Overpriced and overhyped
Pros - Comfortable for long duration, Good cushions, clear voiceCons- Battery backup (hardly 4-5hrs), Can’t be used for music as no bass etc, these can be used only for calls. No type C for fast charging
