Have been using this, hyaluronic acid oral supplement, and usually 2 scoops of a good collagen powder in my coffee daily. I have had one hip replacement and doctor said other hip was equally as bad on X-ray as former replaced. Also, 4 yrs ago I had to have that deep hip steroid injection, yikes needle touching bone! Well, after that first and only injection I began above regimen - with the collage powder actually began a year before the other supplements. Zero pain in almost 5 years! I am just now starting to have a little twinge occasionally, I know another replacement is probably coming, however to stave off for almost 5 yrs. now has been a blessing! With the added benefit of the rest of the skin on your body looking better--think a subtle glow--moisture level improved.

Was recommended this by an influencer on YouTube for skin health. I have been taking it along with plenty of water and I like what I see. I will continue to purchase. Does not cause any stomach discomfort and they aren’t very big and are easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste.

I appreciate the overall skin health, hydration and nail strength I’ve gained from taking these. Reduced redness and breakouts. No bad side effects but I do take probiotics.

Don’t know how well they are working but I keep taking them.

Quality and quantity and lower priced

I am 76 years old and came across this supplement when doing research for a degenerative arthritis. Although this supplement doesn't seem to help this condition, I was intrigued by the reviewer that reported a reduction of eye bags or swelling. So, i decided to try it. I have had two sets of swellings, or bags, under my eyes for as long as I can remember. I have tried numerous topical creams for this, but none of them have worked - and I really didn't expect them to. I firmly believe the answer to the aging of skin, organs, and general healthy depends more on what we put into out bodies and not what we put one it. As we age, the most effective way to slow down the effects of aging is to supply our bodies with the nutrients and components that our bodies used to produce when we were younger. Regeneration of bone cells, skin cells, and support for our organs lessens as we age. So we need to supply our bodies with nutrients to help reduce the effects of aging. This supplement is supposed to help with reduction of wrinkles and generate the production of skin cell that will reduce wrinkling, fine lines, crows feet, etc. At this point, I can't attest to the reduction of wrinkles, since I didn't have may to start with, but I believe it has very much reduced the swelling under my eyes. I have been taking this supplement for only 3 weeks, and my husband, who doesn't notice much of anything, noticed the difference. Considering the difference in the swellings under my eyes, I have decided to continue use of the product to see if it makes a difference in my aging skin. I will update this review if, and when, I see other benefits. UPDATE 08/23/23: I have been taking this supplement for about 4 weeks, and have added pictures taken before taking this supplement and after. The bags under my eyes are not totally gone, but they have been greatly reduced. With more time, the bags I have had for years, hopefully, will go away completely. GOOD ITEM

Plant based and easy to swallow. Two capsules daily and no stomach upset. This is my second bottle and they do work. My skin is smoother and less crepey. Hair texture has improved also.
