Love this product. I listened to the “Genius life “ podcast and the co founder was talking about the steps they take for insuring purity of all their products from start to finish. I used to take the Hcl form but switched back to monohydrate because of all the science backing it. Hcl is fine but the science hasn’t caught up. This has zero taste and I put a spoonful in my mouth and as soon as water hits it it’s gone. A great value. Get double amount compared to equal brand Kion.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: A little gritty but no taste which is good. Price is good compared to the other creatine with taurine.

I am happy with muscle growth good product. It’s working for me. I can feel the difference and see the difference.

Been really easy on the stomach. For creatine that's not always easy to find. Other creatine have been irating to my guts. But this has been super easy to digest.

Didn’t notice any change. Would not recommend. I used to take creatine many years ago for athletic enhancement while lifting and sports performance. It definitely made a difference. As an older adult postpartum, with three kiddos and still working out, I wanted to try it again due to the benefits for women. I wanted to try this product out to see about performance boost, endurance enhancement, brain function, energy level, quality, tested, etc. Can’t say that I noticed anything after over 2 months use (finished product according to recommendation of 1 scoop daily). I wouldn’t recommend. I’m going to try a different product with tons of positive reviews and is strictly creatine w/o taurine.
