QC3 Earpads Replacement Ear Pad Cushion Muffs Parts Compatible with Bose QC 3 On-ear OE2 OE2i Audio Headphones

I can't believe how much I researched replacement ear pads for my worn out and crumbling original Bose pads. Probably several hours. Mostly because I didn't want to spend $30 on a pair of leather/pleather covered pieces of foam. I settled on these and after several months I've been pretty happy with them. It's true installing them is a challenge and takes some patience (as were the original pads for anyone who also dealt with those) but the reality is that this is unavoidable. Go to YouTube there are several good videos in techniques for doing the job. Only reason for 4-stars is a very small hole/tear on one where the mesh meets the pad, but honestly I didn't notice it until after attaching them and it could have happened when I put them on. Long story short of your like me and don't want to drop the $30, but don't want garbage, get these and use some care putting them on.

They fit onto the head phones perfectly, but they padding is a little bit stiff (compared to the originals).I can live fine with all of that, but the worst part is that the sound is muffled. The mesh in the center of the pad (where the sound comes thru) is significantly thicker than the origin Boss mesh and this basically takes all the top end off of the sound quality. Everything sound very bass-y.That is a real shame to, as these headphones were my #1 pair for sound quality before these pad replacements. I am going to keep them and live with it, but be aware that you are going to loose some sound quality when buying these.

i bought these in august 2016, fast forward 2 years...they have degraded. they are cheap enough to buy again, but just don't expect more than 2 years out of them. three stars.

They are actually very very good. I was impressed by the quality. I am very happy I would even buy these if they were 15 dollars. Ow to put on instructions are nowhere to be found online so just used common sense and put it on yourself.

Product is low quality. The black pleather covering the cushion tore about 3 months after purchase. The cushions used are stiff and make my ears sore. This product is about $10 compared to the official Bose replacement ear pad cushions which run about $30, so if you're willing to tolerate lower quality for a low price, this could still be a good buy. As for me, I will be shelling out the $30 and buying the official ear pad cushion replacements from the Bose website so that my ears aren't sore anymore.

easy to replace and so far so good.

Resolved my daughter's Bose headphones ear pad problem. She wore out the original ear pads.This was a quick fix for excellent ear phones by bose.
