Slept like a baby. Woke up the next day not even knowing where I was at.

Magnesium comes in many forms/varieties (I know we can all ask Dr. Google but I found this little cheatsheet helpful) and this is my first time trying it as a topical liquid spray. I really appreciate that this supplement contains only the 1 listed ingredient; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can really cause some math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something. I love that this listing includes two amber glass bottles - this is important as plastic can leach into the product and introduce undesirable elements that are then applied to your skin (and absorbed into your body). There is no scent at all but it’s not what I’d call a “fine” spray/mist - it’s very much a liquid that, once sprayed, will run if not quickly rubbed into skin (fortunately it does seem to dry quickly). I have noticed no residue, sticky or otherwise, just skin that feels soft and moist. It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking magnesium for several years and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with this product; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly. Meh. Didn’t do much. I’m wide awake wondering if it ever worked at all?

I’ve never felt any benefit from using it but that’s not the spray’s fault, as I’ve tried many brands. So I’ll say it’s easy to apply and a great price especially for two bottles

My husband doesn’t sleep well and after taking melatonin so long he’s become immune . This spray works wonders !! Couple sprays on the bottom of the feet and rub it in real well he sleeps through the night . The smell isn’t overly strong , comes in a two bottle pack so we keep one for travel one at home . Perfect alternative to taking supplements

I'm not sure I would call it "magical" but if you struggle with stress, pain or restlessness and this helps elevate those symptoms then I can understand the use of the term In any case I'm not writing this review to extol the virtues of Magnesium supplementation - just this product in particular So far so good The price point is excellent It arrived well packaged and decently insulated from the heat The bottle and dispenser are of good quality and deliver an even spray/spread The magnesium oil (despite having oil in it's name) is odorless and non-greasy Does it work? I don't know yet. As with any supplement it will take some time and experimentation to see how my body best responds to it. I wouldn't expect to experience anything more spectacular than I do when introducing a vitamin complex but, if I do, I certainly let you know Cheers

I like that this is a pure and safe spray that's easy to apply. I prefer products made from simple ingredient lists and this hits the mark. The magnesium spray seems to be quite helpful in my own experience. It's at a fair price which makes it an affordable option to at least try out for your own needs. Thus far I'd recommend the product and am likely to order more.
