Not Good
The media could not be loaded. I bought a fat tire bike because I wanted something that could eventually handle snow, because I live in Wisconsin. Saw this one and decided to give it a chance...bike arrived fast with no damage to the shipping box so I took it to a local shop to get assembled and maybe upgrade some parts (bigger seat and metal pedals...the ones you get are plastic) they assembled it and then started pointing out issues. The rear rim was bent and the disc brakes were poor quality. I went an filed for a refund an sent it back...seller states that the customer will pay shipping if they don't like the carrier or can't use the shipping label that was also an issue. The original shipping label was a blurry an unreadable FedEx label so I spoke up and after trying to take pictures of a bent rim I eventually got it back to them.I was disappointed with the purchase and return but they at least communicated very well during it.

Sturdy and nice paint job 👌
It rides OK but somewhat stiff on the turns front seems to be dry, no lubrication on the fork and the rear axle is dry also.

Bad axle
The rear axle bent two weeks after we received it. Customer service offered to refund me $50.00 to cover the cost of the repair but that amount is not sufficient. They have given me permission to return the bike, but I have to pay for the shipping cost to return the bike. Avoid this brand at all cost.

Not a good product
The media could not be loaded. Bike went on one ride around 2 miles and rear end started to spill out bearings and quit working. Rider under weight limit and rode carefully. Terrible product. Definitely returning with no chance of repeat buy from brand.

Beautiful and sturdy bike
Assembly wasn’t the greatest only because the instructions were limited and mostly photos which were hard to follow (and showed a different model bike).For the price point this is a fantastic bike. Seat is alright, but for discomfort you can always swap it out for one more comfortable. It handles well and for someone that isn’t a big biker this suited my needs to be able and ride some trails with my son if we wanted to. The price honestly couldn’t be beat, if you are looking for a decent mountain bike. The paint and color are stunning. I am pleased with this purchase.
