It is good cycle and affordable.

The product is good, however the screws are rusting after few months and the brake is not good

Hi, The cycle is good. But the problem is with the service. The person who came to assemble the cycle did not assemble it properly (brakes were loose, etc). Nobody was ready to take ownership of the issue. Amazon washed their hands mentioning that I need to contact the manufacturer. Leader brand also washed their hands mentioning why should they support, when the seller is Amazon and asked to contact the seller. So, Amazon and Leader are pointing to each other. And also the Leader support people talk very rudely. Langualge is also a problem. It seems they talk only in Hindi. I asked to talk in English and explained about the issue. He directly and rudely asked me 'Why should we help?' . I called the service installation person directly on his mobile and requested multiple times to fix this. He too did not support. So there is no ownership if a customer purchases a cycle from Amazon. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer takes ownership. I had a worse experience with them.

Product is good, the installation process is simple with guide available. Design is quite fancy

Those who are planning to buy this bike because of reviews and the price please keep these in mind before 1st use. 1. Build quality is average so no rough and tough use. 2. This bike comes with 90% assembled but you must visit mechanic shop even before first ride. 3. Spokes should be tightened properly before 1st use, otherwise you may end up bending the rims. 4. Break system must be aligned properly otherwise it may burn the tires. 5. Inside tires the rim cover is of plastic so you must change it with rubber one immediately. 6. All nuts and bolts must be checked before your 1st ride. 7. The paddles comes with the bike is not free rotating so it should be checked and oiled properly. No issues with the delivery, they took good care but I have done all these before my 1st ride, and had spent rs500 to setup everything, keep in mind it's an average bike given to its price point so ride quality is also average. I am 75kgs and I think this bike can handle upto 90-100kgs with ease. And again ride safe and take care, happy riding cheers.

The cycle is of good quality and top notch. Does the job at this price range. Loved it!

Product was good.but when I received the product one spoke was broken and one was bend.and one more thing company says that it's 90 % pre assembled but it's not true, it's just 40 -45% assambled... You have to spend money to assemble properly on any offline shop...built quality was good for simple riding not for heavy uses.... I think before buy this type of product...you should check first in offline market....you have to face some problem to assamble this from online...thak you

The product is very good, stable and strong. The assemble process is very simple and you can get ready video available in your WhatsApp number sent by the company.
