Q: Are these actually healthy?

I can only say they are a healthy alternative to sweets or so-called "energy bars." No extra sugar, satisfying mouth feel something between a cookie and shortbread. My favorite flavors are fruit, chocolate, and cheese in that order. I used them during a time when my diet was restricted due to severe health issues. The calorie count was perfect for a meal replacement and had less sugar than what you'd find in Boost or Glucerna drinks. It went very well with coffee for mornings. I wouldn't advise living on them, but they are (in my honest opinion) an excellent replacement meal on the go. HOWEVER, the price for them in the US is now prohibitive due to shipping costs. Nearly twice what it should be otherwise.
