The delivery was effortless and easy. Comes in four separate boxes. It's flat packed and one person can put it together but two would make light work of it. The bed is a beautiful soft grey, good height, solid, well made sturdy frame. Screw in wooden slates not the weak sprung slats. Five legs and mattress sits inside the frame. Very comfortable and safe. Worth every penny spent and looks beautiful in the bedroom. Have had lots and lots of compliments and interest. A definite 1000% recommendation. The only thing I would advise is put it together yourself or hire someone but from my experience don't use the assembly service offered, that experience soured what was an exceptional service
