I cannot close my mouth while wearing it, which may be the idea, but means that one continues to salivate endlessly and thus cannot fall asleep. Dreadful and uncomfortable

Don’t recommend to buy. It is useless and difficult to use. Size is too big.

I had high hopes for the Snoring Aids for Men and Women, New Anti Snore Mouth Guard, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the product promises to reduce snoring and provide a better night's sleep, I found it fell short in several key areas.First, the mouth guard was quite uncomfortable to wear. Despite following the instructions to mold it to my teeth, it never felt right in my mouth and often caused discomfort throughout the night. I even woke up with jaw pain a few times, which is not something I expected or wanted from a product meant to improve sleep quality.Additionally, the effectiveness of the mouth guard was questionable. While there was a slight reduction in my snoring, it was not significant enough to justify the discomfort. My partner mentioned that the noise was still disruptive, and I noticed I wasn't feeling much more rested in the mornings.The material of the mouth guard also seemed a bit flimsy. After just a few nights of use, I noticed some wear and tear, which makes me doubt its durability. For the price, I expected a more robust product that could withstand regular use.On the plus side, the packaging was neat, and the instructions were clear, but these minor positives don't make up for the overall lackluster performance of the product. I really wanted this to work, but sadly, it did not meet my expectations.Overall, I would not recommend the Snoring Aids for Men and Women, New Anti Snore Mouth Guard, especially if you're looking for a long-term solution to snoring. It might work for some, but for me, it just wasn't worth the discomfort and minimal results.

This product mostly works and has alleviated my headaches and helped my husband to feel like he has better sleep.It's worn over time in the moulding part of the device but still works pretty well.It hasn’t miraculously completely stopped his snoring but the noise is so much less. It's more of a low hiss as he expells his breath through the guard.Make sure you follow the instructions at the beginning and keep for future reference. As you make the device extend over time to suit your mouth/ snore need. My husband found them easy to follow.My husband also likes it as it comes with a cleanable container to keep it in.He washes it regularly and finally brushes his teeth every night before use, not just in the morning as he used to do. Although, the guard does smell so make sure you clean it regularly.It is value for money as he's had it for about 6 months now and it has made a massive difference. We will definitely buy it again.

What this product doesn't say until you have read the instructions and already moulded it isIf you salivate this will cause niagra falls so much you can choke on your own spitAlso if you have sensitive gums it will make them worseThis product is not fit for purpose

This is pointless too small and too uncomfortable

After spending far too long trying to decide the instructions the actual imprints were terrible. Top set managed to make a reasonable impression, never got any grip from the bottom set despite several attempts. These were functionally useless. Straight in the bin.

The mouthpiece clearly comes with warnings against use with sleep apnea. This is unsafe for people with apnea and yet it's advertised as something to help with apnea. Another issue I have is with the size. The inside is so small it makes my mouth crowded and makes me gag. Sadly this'll go in the bin.
