I had purchased several insulated water bottles in the past (stainless steel lined) but they always left a metallic taste so I decided to try a ceramic lined water bottle and I am thrilled. Water tastes much better now, pricey, but worth it.

Great non plastic/steel water bottle. So water doesn’t taste plasticky or steely. Only problem is if drop it and gets dented leaks.

I was really optimistic when I purchased this water-bottle. I though the ceramic insulation would finally solve the problem that plagues all metal water-bottles I tried. That metallic smell of expired medicine and the unpleasant the flavour that the water acquires. Convinced by the description that stated "No nasty metallic flavoured water here!" I purchased the bottle. I opened the bottle; I smelled the inside and I could definitely smell the same smell of other non-ceramic bottles. I thought: it must be the production process that created an initial presence of some chemicals. I washed the bottle with warm soapy water. Twice. I kept the bottle opened for a few hours and I washed it again. I put some fresh water in. Nothing extra. Just water. After a few hours, the metallic smell and taste emerged. Admittedly, the metallic taste and smell was more subdued than other water bottles without ceramic insulation. There is also a sort of plastic element that shifts the taste and smell. It might work for some people but unfortunately, it doesn’t for me. I though, perhaps it’s all due to the water coming out of my tap. It isn’t. If I put the same water in a plastic or glass bottle, there is no smell or taste of metal no matter how long it stays in the bottle. Just to clarify. The ceramic insulation is not a thick ceramic layer. Imagine a sort of varnishing on the inside of the bottle. I may be wrong but to my eyes it looks a varnish with some ceramic component. Is it so difficult to make a water bottle that doesn’t change the taste of the water on puts in it? It returns back to Amazon at the speed of light.

This water bottle is super cute, and I planned on using it for school however, it is so wide that I can just barely hold it in one hand, it did not fit in my backpack, and because of the size, I could see myself dropping it a lot. It doesn't keep water unbelievably cold or anything, and honestly, I would prefer to just use a smaller, more convenient water bottle. It would probably be a good bottle to just use around the house or in some setting where you won't have to carry it around a lot but other than that it just seems like it would make my life more difficult.

This bottle is so cute ! It looks just like the pictures, maybe even a little brighter, and is absolutely perfect if you like an aesthetically pleasing water bottle. There are 3 total seals that need removed when cleaning, one of which is very small and another that is deep in the lid, but that's not uncommon with this style of bottle. I have no trouble with the spout, it works as advertised and it's easy to use. The size is a bit clunky but I knew that when I bought it, this kind of bottle is more for aesthetic and cuteness, in my opinion. It's very lightweight, I enjoy the design of it and I can appreciate the thin ceramic coating. As someone with a very strong sense of taste I do think the ceramic coating is better than my metal-coated water bottles and I find myself really loving this one so far. Overall, I think this bottle delivers on what it says it will. The pictures are accurate and my packGe arrived very promptly and secure with no issues or marks on the bottle.

This water bottle broke (cap) within a week of having it and now leaks everywhere. Not to mention the straw gets stuck and it’s very hard to get water out. I never ever leave reviews but I was so frustrated by this water bottle!!! The amount of times it spilled in my car, my bag, etc!
