The product was great but the plastic that holds the sater cable in has broken with out been touched so it's now not working but of course just out of return date but no way to contact seller as well

This drive was Dead on Arrival. It wasn't recognized via a direct SATA connection or via my USB enclosures. As far as I could tell, it didn't even power up. I'll be thinking about using tape and other backup methods now. Thanks for wasting 3 -4 hours of my time, WD.

Fast & quiet. Easy to use. Windows Server 2025 RAID1 compatibility (what I'm doing).

Drive doesn't spin up. Looks like others have had the same issue. Very disappointed in WD. Amazon must know these are junk as they only offer a refund, no replacement.
