I am really picky about the taste of water (I used to buy Poland Spring to drink and other brands of bottled water to cook with), and was pleasantly surprised that the filtered water tasted very good. It also filters very quickly, so I can fill the decanter only when I need to and have filtered water right away. I picked a product with a glass pitcher because I did not want the water to sit in a plastic container. Each filter is supposed to last about 2 - 2.5 months, so it is much more economical than buying bottled water and you don't have to recycle the plastic water bottles.

My city-supplied water tastes (and smells) like a swimming pool, but this filter gets rid of it completely. My senior cat is drinking twice as much water now that she’s getting it from the Puro, which is fantastic because I couldn’t get her to drink enough water before. I think I’ll water my houseplants with it too.I needed something small that wouldn’t take up a ton of counter space-this is perfect for that. I was afraid it would be slippery and hard to grasp when washing it or filling it up, but surprisingly that hasn’t been a problem at all. I’m no longer worried about dropping it.I’ve only had it for a week or so, but haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. The Puro makes my drinking water taste like water instead of chemicals, it’s easy to refill and clean, doesn’t take up much space, is glass instead of plastic, and is aesthetically pleasing. I’m quite satisfied with it.

I like that they're glass and I like the shape of the bottle and I like the way the filter system works it's a lot faster to use. However one of my Lids broke and both of my lids leak now when I'm pouring the water. If this design issue were to be fixed this would definitely be a five star review.

Will try to keep it brief! In short... 10/10 & here's whyWe're trying to go all glass for our filtration, water bottles, etc to avoid microplastics in the home. Found this filter, ordered it through Amazon & they sent me what looked to be a used? very dirty one.. lol. It was pretty gross ! Brown, dingy, black stuff in it and fingerprints everywhere.. *In all fairness!! Any business owner who affiliates with Amazon surrenders warehouse/delivery control since Amazon takes over the packaging, shipping, and handling - very well may not have been the company's fault***In any event, I emailed the company directly on a Saturday notifying them of the situation. They OVERNIGHTED a brand new water filter. It came on Sunday! A perfectly clean, brand new one. THEN 2 more!! came in the mail that week. I was so pleasantly shook lol I couldn't tell you! I was reimbursed for the dirty one and now have 3!! So impressed with their customer service.To top it off, their product is 10/10 ! We love the sleak, easy to use design - the filter works quick! and the water comes out clean, smooth and fast. It's so, so so much better in every way compared to the Brita we used to use (plus.. no microplastics). Highly recommend !!!!

when I first looked at the product, I saw some bad reviews about the glass breaking but I was like OK I’ll be careful it won’t break on me. I’ll just order it. I’ve had the pitcher for less than two months and yup it happened. The glass is so thin it completely shattered on me and now I can’t get a hold of anyone at this business to send me a replacement or refund me my money. It has a paper in the packaging that if it breaks, they’ll send you a replacement no problem because they know their product is cheap and being sold at a high price. Only issue is, they don’t answer you to get your replacement. So just save yourself from the headache & having to waste $40 because you may be good for a month after you get it, but then it’ll break after the return window closes and you’ll be SOL.

It's a beautiful carafe and filter. It holds a good amount of water and is easy to fill and dispense. It takes less than a minute to empty through the filter. Now my cats can drink filtered water that doesn't smell like chlorine, and my bottled water isn't full of plastic bits.There is also a QR code to scan to get text reminders to replace the filter...

I like this water filter a lot. There's something about drinking water out of a glass pitcher rather than plastic that makes the water taste even more pure and clear. And it filters quick vs a Brita. I do wish there was some kind of indicator to say when the filter needs to be replaced other than the product's instructions advising a change every couple months or so, or when the water starts tasting bad (!) Overall, I can't speak yet to durability and longevity but in the early goings, this product deserves five stars.
