I like uniform label sizes
Very good to make small labels. Software is kind of clunky, but it prevents you from printing a label before you are ready to. This saves on wasted labels. It's also nice to have uniform sized labels, no cutting to size like other label makers. Good value for the price, it's a good investment to buy the ridgid case for carrying and storage

Updated review:The mechant did reach out to me an apologized and sent me a brand new printer along with 3 new roles of labels and the printer works great! Updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars.When I received mine, you could tell it had already been opened and the charging cord was missing. I have my own charging cord, so I'm charging it now to see if it even works. Very disappointed.

Mini label printer
I find this printer a challenge to use and it does not hold a charge so usually I have to spend hours charging it before I can use it :-(It often says it cannot find my printer even when my phone and my printer are side by side.I do like that I can make smaller labels for supplements and essential oils.

Impressive label maker
Wass really surprised by this product, bought it cause it was available same day, it's the print quality is great, it even calibrates its self on the label roll so it never prints before or after the label
