Works flawlessly. The clutch feature is great to keep you from over tightening and splitting the end. Well worth the money for this tool.

For what you get the price is a steal. If you have weak wrists like me this is for you. The 3/8” chuck on the handle allows for either wrench operation or even impact. It totally changed flaring for me. I actually don’t mind doing it now. It’s at the cheaper end of pricing for flare tools and in my opinion it’s the best one out there.

I have bad wrist so I love this black because the ratchet gives excellent leverage for easy flailing. Huge difference I do jobs that are on an average of 15 zones. That’s a lot of fliaring and my wrists hurt So. This is huge.

Works for 1/4 pipe, but beyond that it left a deep groove inside the flare. So, the flares are useless. I am sending tool back. This is the second CPS tool I buy and will be the last. My micron meter is less than a year old an all the connecting ribbons inside the meter are black and rusting, so will be gone in less than a year. Buy something else.

Very easy to use. Made very good flares.
