They work SO WELL as a mom who thinks tampons are toxic and wanted to find something better than pads these were the perfect most comfortable period undies I have ever bought and I’m not just saying that. I bought a size medium fit is perfect true to size. Great quality. They absorbed so well through the day and I had a heavy flow today also I wasn’t expecting them to be so comfy and hold up but they did 10/10 would and am buying some more of them

I have tried 3 different thinx styles over the years and this one is my favorite style! it is thinner and more comfortable than the other styles and still able to hold a lot of liquid. the fit is very nice and no leaks. I prefer to wear underwear like this on my heaviest flow days and so it's been tested thoroughly and approved by me (a girly with heavy flow)!

I had mixed feelings about this pair of Thinx period underwear. First and foremost, I had sized up and ordered a large because I wanted to make sure there was extra room during a time of the month when I am bloated. I received a medium instead. When checking to make sure I ordered correctly, I noticed large is selected on the listing, but it says medium in the product headline. This may explain why I did not receive the large that I had selected. This needs to be fixed.As far as the performance of this product, I thought the absorbency was good. I found that I prefer to wear a pad to bed and allow the underwear to be leak protection, but they did seem absorbent enough to go without a pad for most of the day. I got much better sleep wearing this pair of underwear because I wasn’t trying to stay semi awake to pay attention to my sleeping position. That was a huge plus. I do not like how high cut they are. I realize they are supposed to be a cuter version of period underwear, but the high cut style cause the underwear to ride up too much. It wasn’t comfortable, and it cause my pad to go askew a couple of times. I also thought the lace was a little scratchy. The tag was terribly scratchy and long and had to be cut out. I did think I looked pretty good in the underwear, so again, if cuteness is something you need in period underwear, these are it. I also thought the waistband was too tight, but that may be because I got a medium instead of a large. Since medium is my usual size, they did fit really well, but the waistband didn’t seem to match the fit. The waistband also crossed my belly button and I have a piercing, so that wasn’t very comfortable.Unfortunately, I don’t think I can recommend this product with so many issues, but they do work.

Picked these up for my better half for that time of the month and she reports that these fit very comfortably, more so than her previous ones she's used, and it does have good support! Fits as it should and is comfortable to wear throughout the day! No complaints and overall, would recommend these underwear!

These period panties are SO comfortable and pretty to boot! It feels so good to wear something a little nicer during my period. I like that the gussets direct everything inward to prevent leaks but I wish the absorbent part came up a little higher in the front to prevent leaks. Otherwise I find that this can handle an overnight or postpartum

I love these. They are high waisted, and stay put throughout the day. They do what they advertise and are comfortable. I will be back for more.

The panties are really nice, but I’m mostly disappointed in the listing errors. These are not 100% cotton, as you can see from the photo I shared. Some of the materials weird me out a bit, like the suntex which is an antimicrobial used to reduce odors. That could be a good thing, but idk how I feel about antimicrobial material down there personally, or the synthetics like polyamide too. 100% cotton would have been really nice, but also might be a bit unrealistic for a period panty.Also, I ordered a size Large, but received a Medium. The listing said M at the end of the title, despite selecting L from the drop down menu… so that was another error. Pay attention to that when ordering. It still fits me as I usually wear a medium (size 8-10 in jeans), but I prefer a bit more space during my period to account for bloating.Other than that, Thinx brand is high quality and built to last. I own a variety of different styles from this brand and I’m very happy with them especially now that they’ve removed PFA’s. I will say this particular style is a bit scratchy feeling on the lace, but did soften up a bit after washing. I feel the lace is a lot stronger than soft lace is though and it will last much longer. They’re really cute on and I love the high waist - who doesn’t want to feel cute and comfortable on their period?!Easy to wash too, I just run them through the washing machine in a sweater bag and make sure to add some borax to the wash, then I line dry them so they last longer.

I chose a size Large, and the fit is perfect, as expected. I am 5'4" and 163 lbs. I love period underwear in general, but some can make me sweat, and these do that. Nothing like the feeling of sweating down there, exacerbated by Northeast Texas summer heat. Although these do what they need to do, I would stick with more breathable brands. On the plus side, I love that they are touted to have no PFAS!
