It arrived, quickly, and is of good quality. Perhaps just a bit thin. Definitely more "costumey" than useable, as a hat for a nice outfit. I'm pleased. It is certainly worth what it cost. It is a fun "attention getter", no doubt.

I just received my order. The hat is exactly as pictured! It fit my head perfectly, and it didn't feel like the hat was wedged on or as if it would pop off. It was comfortable. The detail was very nice. It look like a quality made hat. I'm excited to wear it with my Halloween costume!

Love this hat! My son has a large head and I can never find anything that fits him. This fit him perfect and the elastic around the rim of the hat made it comfortable.

Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering. This hat was worth the money because I couldn't make one myself. But it isn't the best quality. Of course, it's meant as a costume piece. It's just not a high end costume piece. The red stripes and gold buttons are a little slanted, to me its very noticeable. The finge is good and adds to the style of the hat. I may be adding more and taking some things off (that top stripe needs straightening). The hat is a solid, stiff top hat. The elastic inside it turned sideways and is pulled taut. That allows people with different size heads to be able to wear it. I don't have a big head and it fits me. It also fits my husband.
