Q: How thick is this case, externally? I need it to be able to fit into a briefcase. Many thanks!

It is about 6.5 cms thick, 23cms at its widest point and 22cms depth. I thought it to be somewhat basic on receipt but it is sturdy and does the job. Pleased with it.
