The whole set is laid out in a metallic gold box, the box then fits nicely into a gift bag also supplied.In the set you get a fold out instruction sheet, x4 boxes of different wood chips, a wooden lid to pop over your glass, metal basket to hold the wood chips with lid and a torch (which requires butane not included).I have made a short video of the set in use. We smoked some Demerara rum (Watson’s) which after a little research is meant to be the best type of rum to smoke. We enjoyed the process and did a taste comparison of before and after and it made such a difference! The smoked rum had a much more smooth taste you could taste the smoke but it felt a rounder drink than the unsmoked. Smoking it made it palatable to drink neat but also carried the taste well with a mixer (coke).Love this set but my only negative is that the torch is plastic not real wood which is a real shame as the wooden lid for the glass is lovely quality wood making the torch let the set down somewhat. Apart from that I have no hesitation in recommending this to others.

I was very impressed with this kit. The wood pieces like the l butane torch are beautiful and solid in hand. The wood has been polished smooth and feels amazing in hand. Note that butane is not included so you will need to supply that on your own as the lighter is not prefilled. The gold foil paper wrapped box it comes in is very nice and a gift bag is also included if you plan to hand this to someone as a gift. I would be impressed if someone had given this to me as a gift. Nothing about this screams cheap. If you know someone that likes smoked cocktails, you should get them this set!

Judging by pictures, i figured this was going to be a decent torch and cup/filter system with minuscule sampler packs of tinder.But, everything here, even the packaging, is incredibly high quality and thoughtful. The torch is solid and has intuitive controls for safety. The mesh screens are stout fit well into the holder and cap.And the sampler packs are larger than expected and genuinely packed with sample smoke stock.your mileage will vary on whether or not you like the sample flavors in the pack, but in terms of bang for your buck this is a fantastic kit to get started with.

This is a really nice whiskey smoker set made with really high quality materials like brass and hardwoods in addition to the four different woods that come with it for smoking. The kit comes with two filter screens, the cover for the whiskey glass, four different woods including Applewood and Cherry. The lighter or torch is a work of art with brass and in leg wooden inserts powered by butane, which is not included be sure to get some ahead of time they don't like to ship butane around. But it feels right up with regular butane has lots of adjustments both the size of the flame and gas volume. It's just a really nice set and it comes in a gift box with a gift bag. 5 Stars.

This set comes with its own gift bag, wrapped together in plastic. Once opened, you’ll see a very good quality wooden smoker, a very nice lighter, and a very generous supply of wood chips. There are several similar kits on the market right now. This one stands out, because the lighter is metal, not plastic, and has a built-in cigar cutter. Probably at least twice the volume of chips than you get with any other similar set. And the packaging is quite nice as well. Overall, would make a great gift, though I plan to keep it for myself - love the quality of the lighter, probably the best out of several I have tried.
