I'm on month 5 of this collagen powder. I wanted to wait a few months before I left a review because I heard that the effects don't start taking place for a couple months. This stuff is amazing. The price is fantastic compared to other brands that have less grams of collagen. A lot of people don't realize you need at least 20g of collagen to be the most effective. I started out taking two scoopfuls for the 20grams. I probably only missed a few days out of several months while I was taking it. After month 3 I can noticed the changes in my hair, nails and skin. For my skin, it's more even toned and seems to have plumped up my fine lines. I'm only 41 and don't have a lot of wrinkles but it did help smooth out my skin. My hair didn't get thicker but it got longer! My hair has never grown past my shoulders and not its past my armpit. This is the longest my hair has ever been! My nails aren't thicker but they grew. I always have my nails painted so there is a lot of abuse to my nails and they just don't grow but now my fingernails look fake. Before I only had to cut my toenails every 5 months but now I need to cut them once a month. Just be patient when starting out because it will take your body awhile to soak it all in. I don't have any pain anywhere so I can't atest to pain relief.The taste: I actually like it. It's hard to explain but there's really no taste. But that no-taste, tastes good lol. The taste is so mild that I don't even have to mix it with anything. The glass in my picture is exactly how I drink it. (It looks kinda cloudy green in the pic for some reason but it's actually a cloudy clearish white. I barely fill up the glass and dump in my two scoops. Use warm water so it's dissolves well. I stir it for about 10 secs and it's dissolved. I take it down in one drink. It's not thick, chunky or gritty. It's just smooth.I definitely, 100 percent, recommend this brand. I'll be ordering pack number 6 in a month. It lasts me about a month. You will see a difference, just don't give up and stick with it!

I'm nutritionally compromised and have a terrible time trying to get sufficient protein into my diet. The price per serving for most palatable protein powder is, for me, far too expensive. Pre-made protein shakes taste crummy.So I was very intrigued when reviews for this collagen powder repeatedly mentioned how grit- and flavor-free it was and decided to give it a chance.I am thrilled with it! It mixes quickly with the milk I put in my cereal and my tea. I honestly can't detect a bit of flavor or after taste. It dissolves completely in hot or cold liquids, leaving zero residue at the bottom of the bowl or mug. I'm 100% sold on this stuff, and am on my fourth bag. Easiest protein I've ever consumed.

This collagen mixes extremely well with hot liquid! I add it to my morning coffee, and it does not require any agitation. I love that it contains protein, which gets my metabolism going early in the day. The taste is super mild. Great product!

It is supposed to be unflavored, but it’s got a nasty taste.
