Works great the intensity of the cold i would say lasts a good ten minutes. It stays cold longer but it seems almost unchanged for about that time. Very comfortable to wear also.

I injured my knee playing sports recently and I have a couple different forms of ways to ice my knee including packs, different pads that slip into a brace system and I say all that to get to the point that this product surpasses them all. I just put it in the freezer for a couple of hours and slid it over my knee and it immediately helped my pain and swelling. I highly recommend this product.

Good in theory, but does not stay cold for very long....I MIGHT get 10 minutes, if that. Then it's just cool to body temp. I'd suggest getting something else.

Unlike other gel knee packs, these stay cold for a good 45 minutes.I honestly can't overstate how nice a frozen compression sleeve is, and these things have played a large hand in helping my knees recover.Well worth the price.
