This is a great epilator, but before you start be warned: epilating itslef is rough The battery lasts so long and it works in and out of the water. Just make sure to exfoliate before and it will do the trick. it is by no means painless and is very time consuming so I'll likely be switching to laser, but it definetely works if you are ready to take the time to use it right. I have seen thinner regrwoth as well. I just wish I got the wider one as using the small attatchment head takes a lot of time when going over an area like the legs. It also frequently misses hairs but hey.... that epilating for you.

Working great and everything is good

I have been using one of these for 15+ years. This is probably the third time I've purchased one. The last one I purchased had two heads, which was a great idea, but it didn't run very well unless plugged in even though it was supposed to be cordless. Finally, one of the heads stopped working so I could finally justify replacing it. I love this new one, it is just a single head but runs very well cordless and is pretty quiet too. It has a light that is pretty bright and also has bars on both sides of the head that tilt, which is new, not sure what they are supposed to do, maybe make the hair stand up? I just wish that the head was larger, ie more surface area to pluck with. I know that they probably are doing this so it won't hurt as much for newbies, but really it doesn't hurt at all after a while, and if you use it religiously, I think the hair doesn't grow back as thick. So, smaller head means more passes for me, oh well. You can even use it in the shower, not sure why I would want to as it seems that would make the hair lay down more. It also came with a bikini shaver and attachments, like my unit two times ago did. The head on the old one is not usable anymore so I'm happy to have a new one and put one of the new attachments on the old one too for two different uses like eye brows too. Overall, it is a good unit, just disappointed that after this much time has gone by; the innovation in this product has gone nowhere.

I've only used this item three times so far, and only on my chin and upper lip areas. So far, the results have been excellent. I have had a lifelong issue with dark, coarse hair on my chin/neck and upper lip areas, and it has been a challenge that long to find a solution. I most recently was just using a small women's rotary shaver type thing, with barely adequate results. I had to use it every other day, and had to replace the shaver frequently due to product failure. This epilator has been a revelation.These are things I need to point out:1. Resting a hot washcloth on the area for about 20 seconds beforehand helps with comfort. However, I find the process only stings a bit. I would not classify the sensation as pain nor discomfort.2. Witch hazel takes post treatment redness away - though I have not had much of that.3. It can be difficult to get into certain spots - beneath nose and edge of lip. I try stretching the skin with my fingers.4. Results are much better and seem to last longer than my previous product.I have not used the other products in the package. I lost the little cleaning brush and I'm unhappy about that.

Love this versatile. It is painful but gets better.

It is a good product but when people say it hurts LISTEN!! It hurt so bad. I followed the direction and even tried soaking my skin to loosen the follicles and also make it a bit easier, but this hurt like the dickens. I have a high pain tolerance and really couldn’t make it past one stroke up my shin. I did try to press through but I couldn’t do it.I’d say it’s good for some people but not for me. The product came in good condition and was very easy to use. Directions were clear and the box was clean. I only recommend this to those willing to try. I will deter no one because I think I’m at least that one spot it did what it was supposed to and hurt like everyone said it would.

I should have tried this sooner! This is my first time using this type of device and it does sting but it’s so worth it! I was tired of frequently shaving my legs and arms so I figured I would give this a go. I also like that it came with a variety of attachments. I first used it on 7/30 ( I kind of hesitated because of the initial sting but I kept going and after a while it wasn’t too bad) and then used it again on 8/9 (my legs and arms were still pretty smooth but with random hairs so I wanted to do it again) I’m definitely a fan of this and will continue to use! Very happy with my purchase!
