Nice product

Disappointed with this hot air gun I had high expectations, but this hot air gun turned out to be a complete letdown. It overheats within just a few minutes of use and shuts down automatically, making it useless for any continuous work. The build quality feels okay, the plastic body gets extremely hot to touch, and the nozzle started discoloring after only a couple of uses. The temperature control is unreliable—it not enough, with no proper consistency. The cord is also short and inconvenient. Definitely not worth the money, especially when there are better options available in the same price range. Would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable hot air gun.

Good product

When I got this product it was wrapped in a foam sheet in a polythene bag. There was no box packing. Due to urgent order it could not be returned. But it is still working fine.
