Great Chunky Bookends
These bookends are marble and substantial in weight. They are made in India. I got them to complete a project decorating a built-in cabinet beside a fireplace. Only used one and it looks great. Sort of anchors the whole motif. Highly recommend.

The most disappointing thing I've bought off Amazon
Wow. Okay, not marble. Badly, badly painted by an obvious amateur. Is not as pictured. Ordered green, got some... Black smudged mess - you can see the paint strokes. It was not even left to dry properly as I can see marks in the paint. Smells absolutely horrendous, like turpentine but worse. Saw it and was like yeah returning this immediately. Typically I can't be bothered to return, I'll gift things I end up not loving, but I don't dislike anyone enough to saddle them with this. I wouldn't pay 2 dollars for this product quality.

nice solid bookends
was hesitant to order because there was barely any reviews but glad i did. these are really heavy and solid bookends with nice dark green color. and the bottoms are padded.

The picture is accurate, packaged nicely but i did have a small chip on one. I feel like this did not happen during shipping and this is a quality control issue. I will keep because no one will ever notice.

Didn’t hit the mark I’d hoped for
The media could not be loaded. Had high hopes but didn’t quite hit the mark. They arrived chipped which exposed what they truly are. Not marble but a synthetic overlay cast over some type of concrete. Trying to decide if I will return still. I wanted book ends. Love the arched shape. Hoped for more color variation like the photos but they are green and black. I’m a rock collector at heart so they caught my attention so I took the risk hoping at the least they would be some type of cool stone. Sadly they are not. So buyer beware, know these are not solid marble. No solid marble would be priced at this price point. Maybe I’ll just paint them. Idk.

Fell off bookshelf and immediately broke into pieces
Looks good, but the composite was fragile and immediately broke falling onto carpet from a few feet up.
