I was particularly interested in SW in this radio. It performs very well considering it's price of 16 bucks when i got it. It keeps up well against my other more expensive radios and way better than many cheap ones. The sound is really nice from it and it gives very good AM and FM, too. If you can get it at a similar price, go for it. It's kinda like a new-fangled version of the old Roberts radio, and i really like it.

I guess it's an OK radio for the 23 bucks I paid for it, But it's nothing like the radios that used to be made in Japan in the 1970s, 80s and 90s. I am a radio collector. I have radios from the 1940s up to present. This Raddy RF206 has stiff controls that do not feel precise, the speaker has intermittent pops or clicks which are associated with various functions, such as operating the controls. The sound quality is below average with absolutely very little bass response. Overall, it's a good little radio if you need something cheap, and it is definitely worth the 23 bucks that I paid for it, but I would probably not buy it again.

Nice Radio and acceptable sound quality and tuning precision. Bluetooth is fine and connect fairly fast with any device. I also like the USB and SD card reader, and works fine with Flac files. The bad now. The LCD screen is very limited on the information provided, not showing playlist, folder or file name, this is highly frustrating. How do you expect finding the title you are looking for on a 64GB SD? The menus are cumbersome and are not following any logic, the scanning function works ok, but managing stations is a chore. I regret buying it.

Works great

I like this radio a lot. It works quite well and has excellent reception. It’s simple to use, has nice physical buttons and dials, and is easy to carry. It runs on four AA batteries or can be plugged in. The built-in speaker has a punchy bass without distorting the rest of the range. This holds true no matter the source: radio, Bluetooth, and MicroSD each sound good to me. As it says in the description, the radio does support Bluetooth, USB drives, and has a MicroSD slot. Each works very well and can be selected individually; it doesn't try to connect to Bluetooth while playing from USB, for example. The AA batteries keep the radio running for hours and hours. I'd tell you how many, but they're still going after 47 hours. I'll update when I find out. I like the slide switches on the bottom front of the radio. They let me choose between FM, AM, and several shortwave bands, as well as the mode for playing USB/MicroSD/Bluetooth, while the power can be determined with the other slide switch. It’s easy to tell if the device is on and which mode is selected by touch. It is easily carried by its fold-down handle, has a nice long antenna when fully extended, and offers a headphone jack that works in any mode, which means it’s simple to convert your wired headphones into Bluetooth headphones. It pulls in stations from all over! I took it camping with me; there was minimal RF interference, no buzzing or static from computers and such. I tuned in one FM and two AM stations, but about 14 stations across the other bands. This included some HAM radio conversations, a couple of the time stations, what I think was a numbers station, and several others with music and what sounded like news, but I didn't understand the language that last one used. There are two minor issues to be aware of. The description says it supports stereo headphones. It does, but sends mono sound. In other words, it doesn't play audio in stereo, but it does send mono audio to the left and right earbud. This includes Bluetooth, MicroSD, and USB modes. If I could change one thing, that's what it would be. The second is that when using the tuning knob, the radio doesn't flick instantly to the next frequency. There is about a quarter-second delay between turning the dial a click and hearing whatever is on that frequency. This is no doubt because of the digital signal processing the radio does under the hood. It keeps the radio locked on frequency and playing clear audio. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. It also helps to know the frequencies wrap around, so it's good to keep an eye on the display so you don't keep tuning through the same band over and over. These minor flaws don't detract much from the radio in my opinion, especially when compared to the excellent reception, selectivity, and sensitivity of the radio. I like this radio very much, and I'm ecstatic to recommend it to everyone.
