Broken upon opening. Never got to really use it since it was damaged on shipment. From looking at it in person it does have a yellow undertone so pay attention if you want your highlighter to have a cooler tone

looks super cheap to be honest. you get what you pay for i guess :). it sits on top of your skin and just looks like tacky glitter. so if youre going for a "hey look at my highlighter" type thing go for it but if you're looking for an everyday natural-looking highlighter, probably wont work for that. i like the shony case tho.

L’Oréal does a lot of things right in cosmetics, and their new Infallible highlighter is no different. The Champagne Glow has a good bit of sparkle in it, that's not overstated or overdone. It provides a very subtle effect that gives a slight yet noticeable glow, and it seems to adhere to the skin well which is a bonus. Despite being obviously powdery in its composition, this highlighter is not only ultrafine, but it's also not chalky or dusty even when agitated with a brush. Speaking of brushes, I think it would've been a nice touch to include one or at the very least, space for one, but this didn't detract from the product itself considering it does very well at what it set out to do. In fact, I think having a small mirror at the bottom (with a separate lid) is a nice touch considering it's not something they had to include. While I have confidence the 'Champagne Glow' would work on a lot of skin types, because there are a lot of different tints of highlighter available, I would suggest exploring L’Oréal's line-up of Infallible products to see which one suits you best.

This seems like a good highlighter giving a subtle and natural glow. The "Champagne Glow" shade seems like one that is compatible with a wide range of skin colors. It looks quite natural; it does not leave any unnatural shining effect. It comes in compact and sturdy case. The design of the case is also very nice with a nice shining frame and a transparent center to see the highlighter on the front and a second compartment at the bottom that includes a small mirror. It is powdery but has a creamy and smooth texture that makes it easy to apply and makes it look good. Other highlighters that are closer to liquid form can cause a very unnatural shine on the skin. In addition, powdery form usually lasts longer. Overall, it is a good highlighter. The only question is the price. While the price of $21.5 CAD at the time of writing is not very expensive, it is not cheap either for a drugstore item. It is probably a price to pay for a good product from a well-known brand. It can be recommended if the price feels fine for your.

I love trying out highlighters- face ones that is! Even though I have tried quite a few different brands, I always felt that I hadn't quite found the right match - until I came across this one by L'Oreal. First off, the shade, Champagne Glow, is incredible. It is neutral enough to match a wide variety of skin tones, and it blends in very smoothly. The highlighter is nicely pigmented so you only need to apply a little to get a nice glow. I like that this highlighter is multipurpose - not only can I use it to contour my face, but I also dab it in the corners of my eyes for added brightness. I don't find this highlighter to be too glittery, which is nice - especially for those of us in the 35 and up age group! This highlighter also provides up to 24 hour wear and is heat, transfer, and humidity-proof - all important traits when you're at an event or on the go, and don't have time to touch up your make-up.

Avid collector of powder highligthers here ! I don't wear a ton of makeup usually but I do like to wear some highlighter everyday just to give me a bit of a glow, and this is my first time trying a l'Oreal powder product. At first, the container seems a bit flimsy and I understand why many people had a damaged product delivered. The lid tends to move from side to side a bit, but I love the fact that under the powder tray is a small mirror, so you can take this on the go and reapply when needed even if you don't have a mirror on hand. The powder itself is fine and easy to apply - if a little volatile - and it has a good shine, but maybe not as shiny as advertised, so it's really good for day to day wear. It is long wear and it does stick well, so you don't need to reapply that much , especially if you add makeup fixer to your routine. Overall, for that price, I expected a better container and maybe a higher shine, but you get a ton of product and it looks pretty good, so not bad at all.
