I like this tape because it's lightweight and thin whilst being strong, stretchy and supportive. The beige is a good flesh colour and isn't too noticeable when I am using it on my knee and wearing shorts. It's very sticky and stays on for days if you want it to. It doesn't hurt peeling it off if I keep my skin taught. I am also pleased that it doesn't fray or leave glue lines on my leg. I am fairly new to using kinesiology tape and have started using it to help with a knee injury. I've tried a few different brands now and I am really happy with this one.

Its good, helps with any body pain, but the minus is that my skin is very sensitive and if I leave if for more than 8H my skin if irritated, but at least without pain. I will have to look for a tape for extremely sensitive skin..
