HOUSON bicycle rear derailleur, rear derailleur 7/8/9/10 speed bicycle rear wheel gear bicycle derailleur for road bike

I bought these intending to replace the cog with red ones. Unlike my current derailleur, this one dose not allow you to remove/replace that rear cog.

This Rear Derailleur from HOUSON, looks to be very good quality for the price.However, it is as well to remember that it's best not to mix and match drivetrain components from different brands. I.e if you have (e.g.) Shimano on your bike, don't buy any other. This is because of cable pull ratios.Cable pull ratio is the amount a derailleur moves for every millimetre of cable pulled through by the shifter. Mixing parts with different cable pull ratios will result in very poor shifting.But, as a replacement derailleur for a generic bike with generic parts, this is a very good option.It is made from Aluminium Alloy and it is light and all parts move smoothly.Recommended but with the reservations mentioned

At just a penny short of £13 (at time of review) this looks like a decent quality derailleur, I have not fitted this to any of my bikes yet to try it out, but just feeling it I know it's going to work ok, it's quite a good looking budget rear mech with a mix of plastic and steel, I don't have any negatives.
