This came together as pictured!Other reviews made it clear to pilot all holes to avoid spliting. Installing the foot plate for the ladder prior to connecting the ladder to the coop was essentially a spot on advise. I did raise the roost bar a few inches an that makes better for the girls. This will eventually be to small 3 hens, but good for letting the graze in the yard ot have em all over the lot. Plan ahead but I like it and how it went together.

This thing is very cute for a backyard, and our chickens have managed to use it, but this far we have things randomly fall off. The plastic slanted cover warped after one day in the sun in north Washington-temps are very mild here-, today their ladder up into the henhouse just snapped in half. A lot of the wood pieces tend to snap off and the screws are very small that they don’t hold much together. The idea of moving it around the yard is great, just not possible with this coop as the whole thing is very wobbly and falling apart. The cost reflects the durability which isn’t even lasting one season. So sad

The media could not be loaded. I would have given this 5 stars if it was a little better built, some parts came damaged. However, it is so cute and allows my kitten a little running room for times when he has to be inside. The food and water holds perfectly with me flipping that part of the board upside down. It’s less expensive than some cat houses and gives more room.

Good quality for the price and easy to put together!I use it inside my larger coop and the hens do love the nesting boxes it would be too small otherwise but good inside a larger coop

easy to put together but very flimsy materials - - I would imagine any chicken predator will have no issue entering this coop - - need to reinforce the bottom to avoid predators from digging underneath - - I will only use this to introduce our flock to the outdoors - - I'd never allow them to be in this alone - the bobcat and racoon would have buffet - - over all it's a great design, I used it as a pattern and built a real coop with real dimensional lumber - - and made it bigger - - thanks
