Perfect. Glad I didn't need but comforting that I had them. The weekend after my caming trip, the camp ground close by used bear spray on a bear going tent to tent. It was a successful day use and they didn't need to go more lethal on yhe bear.

I always gravitate towards this brand of bear spray and the only thing that would make it better, would be if it was paired with the correct holster. The one it comes with is kind of flimsy...which is fine because I have a high quality holster that also happens to have an attached alarm. I would HIGHLY recommend using this product with a better holster (like the ADS Bearspray Holster) because at the end of the day, your life depends on it. You should use the best of the best to improve mitigate your risks as much as possible. It would be a dream come true if the best bear spray was coupled with the best holster on the market!!!

We haven’t actually needed to use this bear spray, but it appears to be easy to use and with 2, we were able to give one to our son. We now keep them in our camping gear. With more bears being seen, we want to be safe. The locking feature seems to work well, yet easy to use and it seems very durable. They are not cheap, but potentially saving a life, they are worth having with us.
