I take these every day. Before I started taking them I couldn’t go to the bathroom very easy. Now? I go every day with ease. Maybe tmi lol but hey whatever. Good gut health is important and a good poop is so underrated!

Nice probiotic. I found this probiotic to be easy to take, flavourless and effective. I also like the types and amounts listed for this probiotic and think it's a great way to consume probiotics. My gut feels so much better after taking it. This probiotic keeps me on track! This is my second purchase of this probiotic. Both my daughter and I are clearly feeling the benefits. I like the size of the capsule, it is on the small side so taking two capsules is not a big problem. It comes in a 30 day supply. Overall, I am very happy with this product. I first too one in morning with food. Felt sick to my stomach broke out in cold sweats almost passing out if not for this being cold weather time it revived me. Next time took one at night before bed with food. Didn’t sleep well woke 3 am very bad headache had to get up sip coffee because caffeine can get ride of headaches. Tried 2 more nights in a row still insomnia ,stomach aches nauseous Stopped taking for 2 days then tried again last night but only one capsule with food. No nauseous or waking up with headaches . My research shows that Maca Root Power can cause these side effect an ingredient in these capsules. For me I’ll try anything having had hot flashes for 15 years now. I have had less hot flashes but time will tell if this really works for the long haul. I will finish this bottle and update and if I order another bottle. A bit pricey to not work. Time will tell. For the record I’m 62 years old and my hot flashes are stopping me from having a social life. Dear God I pray these capsules help me.

These realigned my digestion after a 2 week round of strong antibiotics, after a ton of yogurt( Dr recommended) and wasted money on non-time release versions of probiotics.
